The ProMetal RCT process is available for trials and service basis, whether it is from CAD to Casting or for the production of sand molds and cores.
Easy as 1-2-3
1. Send your .stl file to us either by e-mail, FTP or on CD-Rom. An initial quote will be provided within 48 hours. We recommend that a Non-Disclosure Agreement precedes confidential data. Such data may be sent exclusively on CD-Rom with registered/certified mail.
2. Once the order has been confirmed, production starts immediately.
3. Depending on the type of service, the mold may be shipped either directly or routed to a specific casting foundry, and the finished part shipped.
Sand Molds and Cores directly from CAD
Mold and/or core production requires an .STL file of the parts to be produced. The turnaround time can be as quick as 5 business days regardless of size or complexity, from .STL file reception to part delivery.
Sand Castings directly from CAD
With the ability to economically produce “one-off's” or dozens of mass-customized components directly from your CAD data, and in the proper casting material (aluminum, cast iron, grey iron...), ProMetal RCT can change the way you think about manufacturing, by making its full range of services and know-how available to you.
